FIRE AND SAFETY CLASS

A fire and safety class educates individuals on preventing fires, responding to fire emergencies, and ensuring overall safety , include identifying fire hazards, using fire detection and alarm systems, operating fire extinguishers, planning and practicing evacuation procedures, basic firefighting techniques, emergency response, and  prevent fires, respond to fire emergencies, and ensure overall safety in various environments. In our college the fire and safety class is conducted by Anil Kumar Sir, Inspector from Fire force department, venjaramoodu fire unit and his team conducted a fire and safety class in the banner of College NSS. In this session sir explained the importance of early detection of fires and the various fire detection systems available, including smoke detectors, heat detectors, and fire alarm systems and first aid rescue process, they also provide an awareness about real life situations and the safety measures and precautions should be implemented in our daily life. The class often involves practical exercises, such as fire drills and simulations, to prepare participants for real-life scenarios, thereby enhancing their ability to protect lives and property.
